Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. As a specialized collectible store, we maintain strict standards to ensure all items remain in collector-grade condition.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unopened, unused, and factory-sealed, in its original packaging.

Seals: If any circular tape, shrink wrap, or factory seal is broken, the item will be considered opened/used and is not eligible for a return.

Box Integrity: The product box must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Items returned with major creases, dents, tears, or other packaging damage sustained after delivery may be refused.

Photo Verification: Clear photos of all sides of the sealed item may be required before a return authorization is granted.

2. Processing & Restocking Fees

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges, administrative handling, and the costs associated with receiving, inspecting, and restocking collectible inventory.

3. Special Items (Limited Edition & Exclusives)

Items marked as Sale, Limited Edition, Exclusive, or Damaged Box (including discounted items listed with a box condition rating) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns based on market value fluctuations, changes in collector demand, or buyer’s remorse for these items.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly at info@fighub.ca if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Please include clear photos of:

  • the outer shipping box
  • the product packaging
  • the item itself, if applicable

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

Orders are shipped without insurance unless otherwise stated. Any included carrier coverage, if applicable, is subject to the carrier’s terms, limits, and claims process. Verified transit damage, fulfillment errors, or defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any resolution offered will be at our discretion.

Minor shelf wear, light cosmetic packaging imperfections, or small flaws common to mass-produced collectibles are not considered defects.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped.
  • To request a full or partial cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fighub.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.
  • All cancellations requested before shipment, including pre-order cancellations and partial cancellations, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee applied only to the item(s) being canceled. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges, administrative handling, and the inventory planning involved in reserving stock for your order.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy, where applicable.

6. Shipping & International Orders

  • International: All orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA are Final Sale.

  • Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
