Terms of service
1. Product Accuracy & Pricing
-
Errors: We strive for 100% accuracy, but in the event of a technical glitch or human error where an item is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
-
Condition: As a collector-focused store, we inspect items for quality. However, minor manufacturer "shelf wear" (small scuffs or corner dings on the outer packaging) is common and is not considered a defect.
2. Pre-Order Policy
-
Estimates: All pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.
-
Cancellations: Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. This fee covers the non-refundable merchant and transaction fees we are charged at the time of your purchase.
-
Allocations: In the rare event that a manufacturer reduces our shipment (short-allocation), orders will be filled in the exact order they were received. If we cannot fulfill your order, a 100% refund will be issued.
3. Payment & Billing
-
Authorized Payments: By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
-
Buy Now, Pay Later: If you use third-party financing (like Sezzle or Affirm), your agreement is with that provider. We are not responsible for their approval process or late fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
-
Total Liability: Our store’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product in question.
-
Manufacturer Defects: We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. If a figure has a broken joint or paint error inside a factory-sealed box, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer, but we are not liable for their production quality.
5. Right to Refuse Service
-
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or "bad faith" buying behavior (such as excessive return abuse).
6. Governing Law
-
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
