Shipping policy

*$12 flat-rate shipping applies to most Canadian orders. U.S. and international shipping is calculated at checkout. See details below.

Local pickup available in Brampton, ON by appointment. Select "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you to arrange pickup time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Canada: 3–7 business days.

  • USA: 7–10 business days.

  • International: 7–15 business days.

  • All in-stock orders are processed and dropped off with the carrier within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that these are carrier estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by seasonal volume, customs processing, weather, or postal service delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: We offer $12 flat-rate shipping on most orders, including tracking. Exceptionally oversized or heavy orders may require a custom shipping quote. If this applies, we will contact you before fulfilling your order.

  • USA & International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. All shipping options include tracking.

Carriers

  • We use Canada Post and Chit Chats for domestic shipments. For U.S. and international orders, we ship with Canada Post.

Insurance

  • Packages do not include insurance unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your shipping label has been created. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Pre-orders

  • Due to the nature of collectible figures and action figures, many of our products are sold on a pre-order basis. Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are approximate only. Please note that these dates are subject to change at any time.
  • Pre-order items with release dates more than 3 months apart should be placed as separate orders. Orders placed together may be subject to order adjustments, split shipping at an additional charge, or cancellation at our discretion.

Combined Orders

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items are available. We do not ship in-stock items separately and pre-order items later under the same shipping charge. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by their local government. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark items as gifts or undervalue packages on customs forms.
